• The board promotes and supports the town's existing businesses and tries to attract new businesses. It also advises the Township committee on zoning, parking, incentives and other factors.
• The 12-member committee meets monthly at the Township Municipal building.
• By charter, the board is composed of the following:

  C.  A representative from the Springfield Avenue Special Improvement District
