New Tenant for Yale Street Commons

The Springfield Ave. development will host a tuxedo store.

Yale Street Commons, the commercial and residential space on the corner of Yale Street and Springfield Ave., will soon have its first commercial tenant. Signs have gone up in the first floor storefront window announcing that the space will soon host a formal dress store already familiar to Maplewood shoppers. Top Hat & Tails Wedding Center, which previously was in business for five years at 1809 Springfield Ave., is scheduled to open at Yale Street Commons in mid-October.
