I am president of  The Men's Culinary Society of New Jersey aka Les Marmitons of New Jersey.

We are a men's fraternal organization of foodies that meets once a month under the direction of a professional chef to prepare a 4-5 course meal, paired with wines by our very own sommelier, that would rival most 4-star reataurant meals.
