Risa Olinsky, M.A. Certified Wellness Coach
Risa is the president of Count on Yourself™ Coaching and founder of the Health & Wellness Professional Network. She is the 2011 recipient of the Maplewood Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Service Award for her commitment and dedication to both business and the community at large.
Her coaching work has been featured in Newsweek, the Star Ledger, New Jersey Monthly, New Jersey Life Magazine, and Millburn-Short Hills Magazine as well as other national publications. Between 2009 and 2010, she blogged for the NY Times Blog column titled "Vitality" covering topics of health and wellness in the Maplewood, Millburn and South Orange are. She has taught wellness coaching for UMDNJ’s Institute for Complementary and Alternative Medicine. Risa is a Licensed Certified Wellcoach with Wellcoaches Corporation and holds three certifications with the American Council on Exercise in addition to an M.A. in exercise science from NYU.
