Free Yoga Classes for Kids & Moms At Shakti Yoga in Maplewood, NJ

Shakti Yoga, located at 1861 Springfield Avenue in Maplewood, is thrilled to offer two free yoga classes on Wednesday, September 18th, 4-4:45 pm.

Judie Hurtado will lead a yoga class for kids age 3-7 years old. Christina Helms will lead a yoga class for the Moms at the same time.
